System requirements
The selected products, application requirements and proposed warranty influence the scope. Product compatibility and specified coverage must be considered together. Avoid comparing two proposals solely by the word “silicone.”
Access and occupied-building constraints
Roof access, staging, material handling, work hours and tenant requirements can affect the plan. Weather and curing conditions can also change sequencing.
